Rapporteert aan: Quality & Environmental Manager

Functie overzicht: In deze rol ondersteun je de naleving van kwaliteits- en milieusystemen op onze locatie in Geldermalsen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Quality & Environmental Manager en speelt een belangrijke rol in het bevorderen van kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en continue verbetering binnen de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Zorgen voor naleving van de CO₂-prestatieladder, relevante wet- en regelgeving en overige compliance-eisen
• Ondersteunen bij het verzamelen en beheren van EPD- en CO₂-data binnen de organisatie
• Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling en borging van ISO 9001- en ISO 14001-systemen en andere complianceverplichtingen
• Grondig onderzoeken van klantklachten en afwijkingen, trends signaleren en verbeteracties initiëren in samenwerking met Operations en de Quality & Environmental Manager
• Uitvoeren van interne audits volgens planning, inclusief het opstellen en opvolgen van corrigerende maatregelen
• Beheren van documentatie: creëren, organiseren, actualiseren en beschikbaar houden van essentiële documenten

Wat jij meebrengt:

• Opleiding en/of training in ISO-normen, met name ISO 9001:2015; kennis van ISO 14001 is een sterke pré
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een kwaliteits- of milieugerelateerde functie
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
• Sterke IT-vaardigheden, inclusief ervaring met MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
• Vermogen om duidelijke procedures en werkinstructies op te stellen
