Assist the Sales Administration Department for a high-growth global €200m+ revenue business with manufacturing operations within the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, France, and Germany supplying international clients. Position: Sales Support

Reports to: Sales Support Team Leader

Role Overview: Based at our site in Geldermalsen, Netherlands. The successful candidate will support customers and field service employees to ensure high levels of customer service.  

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintaining customer contact via telephone and email
  • Supporting our field service employees
  • Administrative processing of orders
  • Creating and following up quotations for customers in our ERP system
  • Support the implementation of our new ERP system, as required.
  • Booking shipments in the system of carrier
  • Aftersales support
  • Customer service
  • Debtor management
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Advise and support customers as required.

Experience and Training:

 

  • Formal sales training is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP Systems, Salesforce
  • German, French or Spanish language skills would be advantageous

 

Essential Criteria:

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in a Sales Support role required
  • MBO+ working level
  • Experience using ERP, MRP or SAP systems is essential
  • Strong Dutch and English language skills
