Job Summary
Ensure effective development, coordination and maintenance of the Central Technology Services governance, reporting and risk activities, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives of this global service and wider CRH landscape.
Work with and support the Governance and Adoption Lead and wider team to manage change and the adoption of central technology services (such as Collaboration, Identity Management and Endpoint Management) across the organisation in alignment with business objectives

Job Responsibilities
- Support the Governance and Adoption Lead in the preparation of both finance, including operational and recharge, and performance reports and relevant updates on the central technology services for relevant stakeholders, fora etc. Monitor and track variances across performance and financial reporting as required.
- Work with division IT representatives to manage incoming business demand and change pipeline, ensuring processes are followed and demand are implemented following ITSM principles.
- Create, manage and maintain central technology services plan and artefacts (such as awareness and training plans, Comms Plan, Stakeholder Map, Governance documentation etc)
- Ensure that the required governance and supporting processes (e.g Global CAB) are in place with clear delineation of activities between Group, Region / Division and OpCos
- Coordinate communication and awareness campaigns across the organization in line with the central technology services roadmap and business needs, develop both proactive and ‘in flight’ change activities to drive adoption.
- Leveraging the central technology roadmap, create and implement adoption strategies and plans for current and future tools, service rollout and adoption, measuring adoption metrics, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Define and monitor key adoption and metrics in order to measure outcomes and impact of the central technology activity.
- Work with the division IT representatives, address user concerns and provide support during transitions and projects.
- Provide change management support to the business including leadership communications, launch planning and training material.
- Build adoption dashboards and surveys to assess application usage, adoption rates.
- Work with the Governance and Adoption Lead and Head of Central Technology Services with regard to the compliance, risk and data governance activities and requirements for the Central Technology team.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years relevant experience across design, execution and evaluation of change management in a large, global organization, preferably within a technology / IT functional area / program
- Relevant 3rd level qualification, preferably at Masters level or alternatively have significant experiential knowledge to offset formal qualification.
- Certified / strong experience in change management / collaboration platforms.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to governance and change management with ability to conduct effective change management sessions and workshops and to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- A highly results-orientated individual focused on achieving tangible results working as part of a global team in a hybrid (remote / on-site) environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key contacts and across divisions and teams. Ability to foster collaboration across these networks.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools and adjust strategies accordingly, and to analyze data to optimize central technology services along with a strong understanding of change considerations.
