We are actively looking for our B2B Marketing Automation & Personalization Manager, which will build competencies, synergies, and be a key leader in our marketing cloud implementation.  You will turn our accumulated glazing and construction market insights into action to drive our Glazing, Railing, Architectural Hardware, Door and Window, and Shower Hardware businesses via our Marketing Automation & Personalization platform across North America, Europe, and Australia. This position is a fast-paced, customer/digital focused experience delivery role. Being in-touch with various professional-shopper and specifier behaviors in the Building Materials industry, working across regional and global business teams, is key to success.

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The B2B Marketing Automation & Personalization Manager is responsible to generate interest, drive engagement, nurture leads, and grow revenue through the execution of marketing communication strategies both onsite and via various external marketing channels for the CRL’s Building Materials business in North America, Europe, and Australia.

 

The B2B Marketing Automation Manager will be a key part of the Digital Transformation Team, work in close partnership with the CRL Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience Teams, and play an important role in using data to inform customer acquisition, engagement, and ongoing communication optimizations that drive business growth through our marketing automation efforts. This marketing automation professional will work as part of a multi-functional team organized around the key channel needs of personalized marketing communication, which includes Digital, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience in North America, Europe, and Australia.

 

 

Here's What You’ll Get to Do:

 

- Manage and support https://www.crlaurence.com/’s marketing automation and personalization programs and strategies, customer segmentation, and all related activities to ensure effective personalized communication and engagement with all customer personas, across all available communication channels involved in their respective journeys.

- Manage and support Marketing Customer Database, Customer Contacts De-Duplication, and Online and Offline Customer Data Collection processes.

- Work with team to review program/campaign requirements and identify areas of optimization

- Implement, measure and optimize consumer nurturing workflows with a focus on driving engagement, efficiency, and scalability

- Work collaboratively with team members to manage email and messaging quality and scoring

- Assess ad hoc automation and integration project requests, determine prioritization, and the best approach to support

- Segment lists based on demographic and firmographic data and behaviors like past email, SMS messaging engagement, and website, or customer service interactions

- Manage email and messaging strategy, including send-strategy, list management, persona segmentation

- Manage our communication preference center, minimizing list decay and unsubscribes

- Build, manage and track various marketing calendars

- Work with the Marketing team through Project Management Software to assist with campaign production workflows, from conceptualization, creative development, and handoff for production, driving timely delivery of creative materials, copy and targeting information

- Assist and support a communication strategy to ensure all sales and marketing/creative stakeholders are aware of digital strategy, plan, timeline, and assets

 

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

 

- 4-year degree; advanced degree a plus

- 4+ years prior marketing automation experience with proven results to drive engagement and generate leads.

- Affinity with Architecture and Building Materials industry.

- Prior Salesforce Marketing Cloud or, SAP Marketing Cloud platform experience is a plus, but not a pre-requisite. 

- Open and accessible management style, with the ability to consistently achieve positive results and collaborate across the team

- Strong background in customer segmentation, customer engagement automation, lead nurturing, lead qualification, re-engagement, and retention strategies

- Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing database management, deduplication strategies, CRM landscape and KPI's, digital marketing, e-retail- and brand strategies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems successfully

- Experience in SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo or Eloqua, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (specifically Photoshop, Analytics), and Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen to understand, and to translate the company/brand strategy to engaging digital experiences and enroll all involved stakeholders in support of strategies

- Ability to effectively resolve competing priorities for customer segmentation, journey touchpoints, communication channels, team, and other functions

- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix and changing environment

- Flexibility to travel as required
