Purpose of this role
 
To identify and document the Leviat products specified / shown on drawings and other documentation received from our customers

 Scheduling of products

•Review the drawings and other documentation received from our customer and identify any missing information.
•Identify the Leviat products on the drawings / documentation and determine the correct Leviat product code. Where competitor products are specified or generic information is given, substitute with Leviat product code.
•Create mark-ups of the products ensuring that they are illustrated to a good standard.
•Quantify the products by floor / area as per the customers’ requirements.
•Maintain the project file and quality documentation to a high standard.
•Prepare clear and accurate manufacturing drawings and schedules for non-standard products.

Communication and customer liaison

•Ensure all team communications with customers are commercially appropriate, clear and informative.
•Highlight, request and acquire any missing information from customer / sales.
•Respond to queries on products and their selection.

Sales opportunities

•Identify other Leviat products on the drawings / documentation being used and bring to the attention of the Sales Manager.
