Job Summary


The Field Marketing Manager drives regional business objectives through the planning, development, and execution of market specific strategy and tactics. Additionally, the Field Marketing Manager acts as the local marketing lead and liaison with the broader, national team.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement customer specific co-op plans to meet annual co-op investment goals
  • Conduct annual Dealer Benchmarking Reports to monitor brand standards
  • Schedule regular customer visits in partnership with the local sales team to gather customer feedback on products, programs, and overall brand perception
  • Ensure all company events are planned, promoted, and executed at a high level working in partnership with local Oldcastle APG business units
  • Provide training to both the sales team and external partners on the benefits and implementation of contractor programs
  • Support NPI/Product Managers on all marketing tasks related to both launching new products and eliminating underperforming products 
  • Work with national Brand Managers to leverage local market knowledge in creating campaigns that reflect unique market conditions related to product offering, customer mix, and competitor strategy
  • Send a monthly report to company leadership summarizing YTD and/or MTD performance related to budgeted spend, website traffic, lead generation, lead follow-up, program adoption, and a summary of any recent events or customer interactions
  • Monitor YTD spend versus budget for all “Local Marketing” budget items
  • Utilize tracking tools in Salesforce
  • Observe program performance metrics related to contractor recruitment & development
  • Track Lunch & Learn topic trends and support local sales in accessing additional content
  • Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar degree
  • 6+ years of marketing experience
  • Ability to partner with internal and external customers
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
