Job Summary
The Infrastructure Pour Crew is responsible for supporting concrete pouring and finishing operations during the off shift. Employees work as part of a team to ensure concrete is properly placed, consolidated, finished, and completed according to established specifications, safety standards, and production requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate concrete buckets and related equipment in coordination with crane operators during concrete pours.
- Assist with the placement and distribution of concrete into forms and designated areas.
- Complete and finish concrete pours within forms to ensure proper placement, elevation, and surface requirements.
- Monitor concrete placement and communicate with the crane operator and other crew members to maintain a safe and efficient pour.
- Assist with concrete consolidation, screeding, finishing, and other required pouring activities.
- Inspect forms and work areas to identify issues that may affect the quality or safety of the pour.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site-specific safety rules.
- Perform routine cleanup of tools, equipment, and work areas following completion of pours.
- Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with supervisors, operators, and other crew members.
- Perform other duties related to concrete pouring and infrastructure operations as assigned.
Job Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in concrete panel work

Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
-
Understand and apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)

Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
