We’re looking for a Planning Analyst to support commercial reporting, forecasting, and performance analytics. This role is key in delivering accurate insights and dashboards that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly forecasting, reporting, and dashboards
- Maintain market share and performance reports
- Analyze data and translate into actionable insights
- Coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams
- Support business reviews and leadership reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Leverage AI and digital productivity tools to enhance reporting, data analysis, dashboard development, and overall business efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years in Analytics, Sales Ops, or BI
- Strong Excel & Power BI skills
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in using AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve efficiency and support data-driven decision-making
Nice to Have
- Experience in forecasting or demand planning
- Background in FMCG, retail, or telecom
