Job Summary
The ERP/CRM Process Specialist is a full-time, dedicated role responsible for driving SFDC (CPQ, CRM, Logik), and SAP S/4HANA adoption across an assigned region within the Local Solutions division. This person will serve as the first human escalation point for plant-level system and process issues, deliver regional training using Process Excellence–approved materials, and surface field intelligence that informs system enhancements. The ERP Process Specialist works in close partnership with the regional leadership and reports solid-line to Process Excellence.
Job Location
This position is based within the Southeast Region. The role requires regular travel to plant locations across the region, with periodic cross-region travel as necessary to support business operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary SFDC (CPQ, CRM, Logik) and SAP S/4HANA knowledge contact for all plants within the assigned region
- Plan and deliver regional training using process maps, SOPs, and instructional content produced by Process Excellence and the OCM team
- Maintain a regional training log documenting delivery dates, audiences, completion status, and identified gaps
- Apply regional context — plant capacity profiles, product mix, and common failure modes — to resolve issues efficiently and completely
- Provide field intelligence on adoption gaps and systemic issues to the Process Excellence team.
- Participate in the proactive knowledge transfer cadence coordinated by Process Excellence
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SFDC (CPQ, CRM, Logik), SAP S/4HANA, or equivalent precast manufacturing systems; combined experience considered
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate small-group training; formal training certification not required
- Develop and maintain deep working knowledge across all SFDC (CPQ, CRM, Logik), SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to the Local Solutions value stream, including Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Plan-to-produce, to serve as a credible and reliable resource for any plant-level process questions within the region
- Familiarity with BOM structure, material classification logic, and STO/cross-location transfers preferred
- Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority
- Respected by regional operations and commercial teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple plant relationships and open issues simultaneously
- Minimum 75% travel expected
Compensation
- Base salary range of 90,000-115,000 per year
