Basic Function:

Operate computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts, load parts in machine, cycles machine, detects malfunctions in machine operations such as worn or damaged cutting tools. Communicate with co-workers regarding productions runs and maintains a safe, organized work environment.


Qualified Candidate Must:
•    Be Customer service Orientated and able to adapt to change.
•    Be quality minded. Must always strive for continuous improvement and scrap reduction.
•    Candidate must be flexible with working hours to react to changes in production needs.
•    Ability to read architectural and mechanical drawings.
•    Standard PC skills like e-mailing, cut, copy and pasting are a must, MS Word and Excel experience is highly desirable.
•    Working knowledge of gauging technologies.
•    Experience machining aluminum a plus.
•    Knowledge and skill to set-up and run CNC equipment.
•    Must be highly motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
•    Depending on work load, may also be required to work in Machining.
•    Practical G&M programming code experience highly desirable.
•    Must be able to /not more than lift / move maximum of 75 lbs intermittently
•    Associate degree preferred or minimum of 2 years of related experience.
•    Minimum education required: High School Diploma or GED.
•    Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including Critical Safety Rules, are essential functions of your job
•     Ability to wear required safety equipment, including safety boots with metatarsal guards and stand for extended periods of time
•     Able to work a flexible starting schedule and/or overtime
