About the role

 

We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team based in Ternat, Belgium 

 

Purpose of the role:

  • Ensuring that the process from quotation to order is as smooth as possible to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Providing the correct technical info so that the order can be placed in the most efficient and correct way.  
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact and internal ambassador for our clients.. 
  • Your initial focus is on the preparation of quotations in consultation with the customer (requesting all technical and commercial data and explaining the proposed solution) and their dispatch to the correct technical department. 
  • Liaise with customers and sales team
  • Based on a plan, collect the correct technical info and enter it in the Cofigurator 
  • Make technical drawings when required by the product
  • Checking data
  • Drawing up quotations
  • In consultation with sales, realising markup on orders placed
  • Identifying errors in the system/stock breaches/missing info
  • Working with other departments to increase customer satisfaction 

Your profile

  • You operate at least on a Bachelor degree level
  • You have working experience in the construction sector, and proven expertise in Customer Service or After Sales is essential
  • Theoretical basis of drawing programmes such as CAD or Inventor, working experience with these programmes is a plus
  • You are driven, customer-oriented and commercially minded
  • You are solution-oriented and a team player, a central point of contact who can manage difficult situations and offer solutions to bring them to a successful conclusion 
  • Experience with ERP systems (Navision; AX ; Dynamics D365 ; SAP; ...) is a plus.
  • You’ll have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and understanding the operation of a CRM software
  • In addition to Dutch, you’ll have a good knowledge of French and have basic knowledge of English.
