Job Summary

Work as a valued member of the Maintenance Team as a skilled, Journey level, multi-craft Specialist.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work alone or as a team to perform maintenance on assigned production machinery, including analyzing & diagnosing for planned and unplanned maintenance functions
  • Install electrical equipment and machines as well as perform repairs and modifications
  • Document work using Emaint CMMS system
  • Turn in problems with equipment that needs to be repaired on P.M.
  • Help & guide others with problems when needed



  • At least 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Should be able to take care of tasks and assigned work as needed with little or no supervision
  • Previous and applicable technical related training
  • Experience with Allen Bradley PLC’s
  • Must demonstrate working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read Electrical and Hydraulic Schematics & troubleshoot
  • Experience with motor drive controls
  • Familiarity with CMMS, preferably Emaint
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner
  • Communicate well with peers and management and work well in a team environment
  • Read written instructions and follow verbal instructions
  • Multitask, prioritize and work under time constraints
  • Flexibility and willingness to be trained to work in other areas as assigned
  • Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts, days or nights, with periods of required overtime
  • Regular and predictable attendance, ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job


Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk for entire shift on concrete, up to 12 hours
  • Push and pull up to 75lbs individually and 150lbs with a partner
  • Requires constant reaching, handling and grasping while turning of upper body while moving and lifting
  • Temperatures are consistent with same outdoor climate conditions of the region (Heat, humidity, etc.)
  • Must wear all required safety Personal Protective Equipment
  • Work overhead
  • Climb ladders and stairs
  • Work at heights for long periods of time
  • Crawl in and out of tight spaces/areas
  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend twist or sit for long periods of time
