We are currently looking for an experienced HR Director to join our Polbruk, a CRH operating company and be based in Warsaw, Poland.
This role is critical to help driving CRH people strategy, support business growth, and lead HR transformation in a dynamic, international environment. Key Responsibilities


    •    Develop and execute Polbruk’s HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.
    •    Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and employer branding to attract top talent.
    •    Design and implement compensation, benefits, and incentive systems to enhance employee motivation.
    •    Oversee training, talent development, and succession planning programs.
    •    Support leadership teams in making strategic HR decisions and managing organizational structures.
    •    Drive a culture of collaboration, engagement, and high performance.
    •    Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
    •    Manage relationships with employee representatives and external partners.
    •    Lead HR-related change management and digital transformation initiatives.

 

The Ideal Candidate

 

As the successful candidate, you should be able to demonstrate previous extensive experience in human resources leadership role, ideally within a production or manufacturing environment and in international company structures. You will have a strong strategic mindset, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and high performance.

Your expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employer branding will enable you to attract and retain top talent, while your knowledge of compensation, benefits, and incentive programs will support employee motivation and business success.

You should have a track record of implementing training and talent development programs, ensuring succession planning, and driving HR transformation initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills will be essential, as you will work closely with senior management, employee representatives, and external stakeholders. The ability to analyze complex situations, make data-driven decisions, and manage change effectively will be crucial in this role.

Additionally, you should be comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Specific Requirements

 

  • Degree in HR Management, Sociology, Psychology, or Economics.
  • Fluent Polish and English 
  • Ability to travel locally with dirving license, Cat B.
  • Practical experience working with the Hay Grade System
