Übergeordnetes Ziel der Funktion:
• Ausführung sämtlicher Prozesse der Auftragsabwicklung als 
„das“ eigentliche „Servicepaket mit höchster Kundenorientierung“ des 
Unternehmens
• Gewährleistung von reibungslosen externen und internen Abläufen
• Verkaufsaktivitäten am Telefon und per Mail

Aufgaben der Funktion: 
• Kaufmännische Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Aufträgen
• Beschaffung und Weitergabe aller relevanten technischen Informationen 
und Datenblättern an den Kunden, in Kooperation mit externen Statikern
und der technischen Abteilung
• EDV-gesteuerte Beschaffung von projekt- und lagerbezogenen Waren 
sowohl von Leviat intern als auch anderen Lieferanten
• Klärung von Verfügbarkeiten der Artikel und Liefertermine; Schnittstelle zu 
Produktion und Logistik
• Kooperation mit und Unterstützung des Außendienstes generell
• Angebotsnachverfolgung und Vertriebsaktivitäten im Rahmen von
individuellen Projekten 
• Mitarbeit an der Kundenkommunikation zu Preiserhöhungen
• Mitarbeit an der Beobachtung von Mitbewerbern und der 
Marktpreisentwicklung
• Ablage
• Reklamationsbearbeitung
