Job Summary
The Billing Clerk compiles data and prepares invoices and bills by performing the following duties.
Job Responsibilities
- Comply with Eco Material Safety Policies and Procedures
- Process invoices, corrections, and daily basis using shipping manifest
- Monthly reporting packages – for Utility locations
- Work closely with shipping, customers service and other plant personnel
- Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of math, accounting principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to solve problems and communicate clearly
- Provide excellent customer service
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent math, organizational, time management, and communication abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience or training required
- Lift/move/transport items up to 15 pounds
Job Compensation
- The hourly pay rate is $21-$23/hr.
