Customer Groups

  • Prioritized: Contractors – large and medium-sized construction companies, infrastructure and data center developers, industrial clients, etc.
  • As Sales Leader, you are primarily responsible for sales toward the customer group Contractors (SAP code) together with your technical sales representatives. You operate as a Technical Specialist Salesperson in construction, industrial, and infrastructure projects where your role is a mix of technical and commercial responsibility. You spend a significant amount of time with customers as well as with specifiers, while maintaining close collaboration with the company’s technical department and business service.
  • Careful work in the project database and consistent market monitoring are keys to success. You are self‑motivated, flexible, creative, and thrive when you are out meeting customers.

Your Responsibilities – Your “Ownership”

  • You have full ownership of sales toward contractors, construction companies, project developers, and infrastructure stakeholders, with a focus on large and technically demanding projects. The role is operational and means that you, together with the team, identify and drive the right projects from early stage through completion to ensure that Leviat’s solutions are chosen and our market position is strengthened.
  • Personnel responsibility for the technical sales representatives working toward Contractors – with focus on coaching rather than administration.
  • Operational engineering advisory and project sales in Western Sweden, as well as selected major national projects (and Norway/Denmark when needed).
  • Build, maintain, and develop the customer base through active engagement with existing and new contractors and project developers.
  • Own sales and budget responsibility for your customer portfolio, as well as overall responsibility for the Contractors & Industry segment.
  • Contract responsibility for customer agreements within your segment.
  • Careful and structured work in CRM with project follow-up and market monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with business service to free up time for high customer presence and maximize efficiency.
  • Deliver according to KPIs defined in the company’s “Nordic Commercial Fundamentals”.

Other Tasks

  • Support customers in the design and planning phases with Leviat’s solutions and provide technical advice throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through quick response, accessibility, and technical expertise.
  • Work with the specifying community both project‑wise and strategically to secure early inclusion of Leviat’s products.
  • Plan, structure, and follow up your own sales with strong drive and a high level of activity.
  • Manage quotations, price negotiations, and contracts for major project deliveries.
  • Daily customer dialogue regarding technical and commercial matters.
  • Develop yourself to sell the full range of the company’s products.
  • Follow Leviat’s rules and guidelines, including SHE/HMS and the Code of Business Conduct.
  • Administrative tasks and work toward other customer segments may occur when needed.

Personal Characteristics

  • Works independently, is outgoing, and is not afraid to take initiative and ownership. You are inspired and motivated through close collaboration with skilled colleagues.
  • Goal‑oriented and structured with strong negotiation skills to deliver results. You have experience in providing high service levels and managing large customers.

Skills / Experience

  • An established and relevant network within the construction and infrastructure sector, including contractors, project developers, structural engineers, and technical consultants.
  • Documented experience in project sales toward major construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects – preferably involving technically complex products or systems.
  • Very good technical understanding, ideally with a background in construction engineering, structural engineering, prefabrication, concrete, or similar areas.
  • Experience communicating technical solutions clearly and commercially to both specifiers and clients.
  • Structured and analytical, with strong ability to work in project databases and CRM and follow up activities systematically.
  • Strong commercial ability, including negotiation experience, value‑based selling, and long‑term relationship building.
  • High activity level and thrives in customer‑facing roles, spending substantial time at project sites, construction sites, and with specifiers.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, with good system knowledge (e.g., Excel, CRM, project databases).
  • Driving license (Category B) is a requirement.
