Position Overview

 

Leviat is searching for a results-oriented and strategic Business Development Manager to raise awareness and drive adoption of our insulation systems in North America. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will be part of a dynamic group of business develop professionals from across North America and a driving force in our strategy to transform our business mix toward highly engineered, highly differentiated products. In this fast-paced, growing organization, those who are highly motivated and drive results will have the opportunity to rapidly advance. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Working with various internal and external partners, you will use your technical mind to bring awareness to architects, engineers, contractors and specifiers on the merits of our product offering while using your sales skills to ensure that specifications are adopted and sales leads converted. Working collaboratively with a team of field sales professionals to ensure the sales cycle is completed with our various end users.
  • Coaching best practices to a diverse group of field sales professionals and increase product know how and positioning of insulation system offering.
  • Advocating for our products in a variety of industry associations and institutes.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing and product development initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for our family of engineered products and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Working closely with operations on forecasting and sales on opportunity pipeline management and CRM tracking.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of successful experience specifying construction products
  • 360° Partner with demonstrated history of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal associates
  • Direct experience with concrete construction
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to tailor communication style for the target audience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
