Job Summary
The ERP/CRM Process Manager is the business process leader for enterprise ERP and CRM systems across the organization's 90+ manufacturing sites. This position standardizes business processes and drives system adoption throughout all operational and commercial functions. You will be responsible for working alongside operations leadership, commercial teams, and IT to develop and deliver consistent processes, increase user adoption, and enhance visibility into site performance while ensuring operational excellence and business growth. As a manager of a specialized team, you will establish standardized processes and performance metrics that support and drive business transparency. The responsibilities of the ERP/CRM Process Manager include business process improvement, change management, and project leadership while guiding functional system use, policies, and best practices. This key position will closely collaborate with site leaders, end users, and IT partners to overcome standardization, adoption, and continuous improvement challenges.

Job Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
System Support and Management
- Provide functional business support for ERP/CRM systems and coordinate with IT for technical issues.
- Collaborate with relevant partners to translate operational requirements into functional specifications for IT implementation.
- Lead functional business support during site go-lives and maintain business process playbooks.
- Serve as the primary business escalation point for complex functional issues.
- Ensure ERP/CRM business processes support manufacturing and commercial operations.
Process Development and Standardization
- Develop and implement standardized manufacturing and commercial business processes.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Validate system configurations against business requirements.
- Support data governance standards to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Design scalable processes for future growth and acquisition integration.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and develop a team of 4 specialists.
- Coach direct reports on project management techniques and value-creating activities.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Establish cross-functional communication channels.
- Develop cross-training programs to ensure knowledge sharing.
Change Management and Adoption
- Develop and implement strategies to increase system adoption.
- Co-create user onboarding and training approaches with Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Establish metrics and dashboards to measure adoption rates and site performance.
- Collaborate with OCM team to deliver effective end-user training programs.
- Develop user recognition programs to celebrate adoption champions.
Project Management
- Lead ERP/CRM enhancement projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
- Coordinate system upgrade projects with IT and OCM.
- Collaborate on project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Provide input to system migration projects for new acquisitions.
Strategic Planning and Governance
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize ERP/CRM enhancement backlog
- Represent the ERP/CRM support team in governance meetings and steering committees
- Develop comprehensive metrics and dashboards to increase visibility into site performance
- Establish standardized KPIs to measure system performance, user adoption, and business value
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies to drive ongoing process optimization
- Create standardization roadmaps with clear milestones and success criteria
- Develop strategies to harmonize business processes across all sites
- Contribute to long-term technology roadmap planning for ERP/CRM systems
- Identify and document best practices for sharing across the organization
Job Requirements
- Strong leadership and team development experience with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
- Proven track record in standardization, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives
- Experience driving system adoption and change management in multi-site organizations
- Demonstrated ability to establish and measure KPIs to track site performance and system adoption
- Hands-on experience with SAP (manufacturing/operations modules) and Salesforce (commercial/CRM applications)
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive high performance, meet deadlines, and execute on deliverables
- Ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or other related field
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or other relevant business
- Strong interpersonal and organizational influencing skills
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
- ERP/CRM system certifications (SAP and/or Salesforce Administrator certifications) highly desirable
- Continuous improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred
- Experience with data analysis, visualization tools, and dashboard creation
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous improvement principles
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive standardization across multiple sites or business units
- Ability to travel up to 65% to support multiple site implementations and ongoing support
- Flexibility to support off-hours system maintenance and critical issue resolution
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and technologies
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction
