Position Overview


The Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) Developer will be responsible for ETL projects and develop ETL processes into enterprise solutions.


Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)


  • Deliver high quality, transactionally consistent and efficient enterprise ETL solutions.
  • Provide support, and documentation of new and existing ETL processes and solutions.
  • Develop, test & implement ETL solutions using an agile methodology.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Collaborate with other ETL and / or application developers and business users.
  • Be a proactive member of the ETL team.





To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.





  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of ETL Experience
  • 3+ years of SQL Development Experience



Knowledge/Skill Requirements


  • Advanced knowledge of SQL databases and queries.
  • Advanced knowledge of CDC (Change Data Capture) & CT (Change Tracking) inner workings.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting several different ETL solutions
  • Experience in working with many different data sets, large and small.
  • Experience with normalizing and de-normalizing data.
  • Knowledge of ETL best practices and standards.
  • Ability to quickly resolved issues.
  • Strong written & communication skills.
  • MS SQL 2014 and later preferred
  • Any cloud SQL database (Azure or AWS) preferred
  • Experience with Tableau and Power BI is highly preferred.
  • Transportation, Manufacturing Industry experience preferred
  • Traveling 10%
