Job Summary

This role will contribute to our growing Finance organization.  Primary responsibilities include ensure general ledger data is accurate and precise, support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, reconciliations, and audits, assist with new processes established with the upgrade/implementation of automated Shared Services solutions, and our Cloud based ERP Project and contribute to the system setup for Mergers and Acquisitions. 


  • Perform an efficient and accurate close for specific accounts, through preparation of journal entries that include the necessary supporting documentation and timely submission of monthly financial close activities.
  • Perform monthly/quarterly/annual balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support the new processes established with system upgrades/implementation and Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Maintain a great working relationship within our team and with the teams in the divisions.
  • Provide support for internal/external audits.
  • Analyze and review balance sheet and P&L statements/trial balances.
  • Assist in Corporate Cost Accounting and Analysis.
  • Support ad hoc financial information requests, analyses, and other special projects, as assigned.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience and/or certifications
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a conscientious and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Advanced analytical, organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, team building and time management skills.
  • Systems aptitude with solid technical skills – Excel, ERP systems, analytic and high attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments concurrently and to work under pressure of deadlines.
  • The ability to manage high-volume workloads simultaneously in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
