Job Summary

 

The HR Coordinator will manage daily HR administrative processes in support of our team.  You will act as the power user for our HRIS and ATS, ensuring data accuracy, generating actionable reports, and automating manual processes to increase efficiency.  The individual filling this role will be a Subject Matter Expert in our system and the go-to person for our HR team throughout North America regarding system questions.

This is an onsite role based at our office in Atlanta, GA (Perimeter Area). 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • HRIS & Data Management: Maintain, audit, and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) (e.g., Workday,).
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Create advanced, ad-hoc, and weekly reports on key metrics such as turnover, headcount, time-to-hire, and, benefits enrollment.
  • Onboarding: Collaborate with IT to manage technical provisioning for new hires, ensuring all hardware/software is ready on day one.
  • Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for technical or process-related HR inquiries.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all electronic personnel files and data systems comply with data protection regulations.
  • HRIS Proficiency: Proven experience with systems like Workday, or similar, including reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets: Ability to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas to analyze employee data.
  • Data Accuracy: Strong attention to detail, capable of managing large datasets with high accuracy.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in an HR role with a heavy focus on systems and administration.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to work between technical teams and employees.
  • Compliance: Basic knowledge of employment laws and data privacy regulations.
  • Preferred Certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, Workday Pro)
