Position Overview

 

The HRIS Specialist will be a member of the CRH HRIS team. In this role, you will be responsible for data management and system activities that support the CRH Global HRIS application (SAP SuccessFactors suite). 

 

Consideration will be given to current CRH employees that are located at another CRH office in the Eastern Time Zone.

 

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

 

  • Assist in the administration and optimization of the HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Provide first response support to HR business partners and local administrators utilizing SAP SuccessFactors (Performance Management, Succession Management, Learning, Development, Recruiting).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on existing SuccessFactors system capabilities and potential system changes.
  • Support the configuration and customization of HRIS modules to meet organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide technical assistance to users, diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Perform system audits to support system security and data integrity.
  • Provide project support as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and communication.
  • Design, develop, and maintain proper end-user system support documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications


Education/Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, IT or relevant field.
  • 2+ years of HRIS experience as a key user, application owner, or subject matter expert is required.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment Module) is preferred.

 

 

Work Requirements

 

  • Must be 18 years in age or older.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Potential travel around 5%.
