Job Summary

 

Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions across CRH Applications and Services, whilst safeguarding sensitive information and working to secure access, automate processes and optimize collaboration tools within the organization.

 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and ensure secure and efficient access to systems and applications, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving the identity management processes.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Provide second line guidance, support and technical expertise for identity and access management solutions across CRH Applications and Services.
  • Configure and manage IAM / OKTA integrations with various applications and systems, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and best practices.
  • Work with Local IT teams and the CTS Identity Manager, to execute key IAM global processes (e.g. J,M,L) seek opportunities to enhance user lifecycle management, automate process and streamline workflows.
  • Continuously evaluate and drive performance improvement and utilization of identity and access management solutions across CRH Applications and Services with a strong focus on integration and standardization across the central technology services team and divisions.
  • Provide advanced support for IAM related issues, working closely with local IT teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Work with local IT teams and under the direction of the Identity Manager, fulfil level 2 and where applicable level 3 Identity Access Management requests / issues
  • Escalate incidents to 3rd parties, ensure appropriate escalation procedures and management of SLAs and follow ups as necessary.
  • Based on the central technology services strategy & roadmap, assist on IAM activities to maintain support on CRH applications and services. Where required, advise local it teams and any other relevant parties using the service.
  • Work with Internal CRH IT team and external parties to diagnose, progress incidents, support implementation of new solutions and gather user requirements to support the development of OneCRH. Share learnings / insights with wider CTS team to drive performance.
  • Ensure that IAM activities comply with and are up to date with CRH security and regulatory requirements. Monitor and respond to security incidents as required.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance and implementation of central technology IAM policies and procedures, continuously evaluate and improve these processes driving consistency across the organization

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access management, particularly the OKTA suite, [within a comparable landscape to that of CRH]. Strong understanding of related security and compliance features.
  • Excellent understanding of critical IAM process such as Joiners, Movers, Leavers process
  • Broad knowledge of Technology Infrastructure, Central Technology platforms and services and operating in a central services environment.
  • Ability to foster culture of innovation by staying updated on the latest advancements in IAM solutions
  • A highly results-orientated individual focused on achieving tangible results working as part of a global team in a hybrid (remote / on-site) environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key contacts and across divisions and teams. Ability to foster collaboration across these networks.
  • Demonstrates strong troubleshooting, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 3 or more years relevant experience in managing and supporting IAM in a large, global organization with a strong focus on standardization.
  • Proven track record of successful IAM solutions, implementations, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with security and compliance in M365 environments.
  • Relevant 3rd level qualification or alternatively have significant experiential knowledge to offset formal qualification.
