Role Summary


Oldcastle Infrastructure is looking for an energetic, customer focused, results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Stormwater Maintenance business. The Inside Sales Representative will support the US market by proactively responding to customer queries and proactively calling customers to promote our services, creating proposals, taking customer orders, coordinating delivery with dispatch, and coordinating with internal company departments in a fast-paced office.



Primary Responsibilities:


  • Making sales calls to new and existing customers and contractors
  • Balance workload of high-volume inbound calls in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer queries
  • Provide information about services and products and generate proposals and sales orders in a timely manner
  • Collect reliable customer/territory information and estimate individual customer potential, providing reports to the Sales Manager
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all services provided by the business to support customer needs
  • Maintaining electronic customer files in accordance with record retention requirements
  • Manages and participates in cross functional projects as required by the business
  • Coordinate service events with customers and field supervisors
  • Work in the office full time


Qualifications and Skills


  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-oriented, or retail customer service environment required.
  • Contact Center experience preferred
  • Proven ability to efficiently utilize system applications including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Great telephone and communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems without any supervision
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle heavy workload
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good organizational skills
