 Job Description

 

The primary focus of the Integrations Project Manager is to ensure newly acquired brands are effectively integrated to Oldcastle’s systems and processes. In this role, you will be responsible for migrating these business lines from a commercial and customer operations standpoint, as well as leading standardization initiatives within the business lines. The goal is to align and integrate these brands to the established strategic vision, values, standard systems and processes.

 

Additional responsibilities of the Integrations Project Manager could involve general standardization initiatives across the departments based on learned best practices. The Integrations Project Manager will report to the Sales Operations Manager.

 

Key Priorities / Duties

 

  • Be an expert in our internal customer operations processes, identify process gaps or inefficiencies and problem solve
  • Learn processes of new acquisition companies and figure out how to align and integrate into our existing process
  • Understand systems and tools of new acquisition companies and figure out how to align and integrate into our systems (ERP, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.)
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on learned best practices between legacy business lines and acquisition businesses
  • Understand current process flow, and problem solve gaps that we can fill
  • Lead steering committees; be positioned as a trusted advisor in guiding team through integration projects
  •  
  • Analyze large datasets and perform data cleans to support any system migration
  • Partner with key leaders of each acquisition to build relationships, effectively roll out initiatives, manage all other commercial initiatives

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree: MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years experience in continuous improvement or project management roles; consulting experience is preferred
  • Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization with proven track record on relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a cross functional team within a large, complex and matrixed organization
  • Proficient in digital commercial tools including CRM and Business Intelligence; experience with SAP and Salesforce preferred
  • Travel is expected to be ~40% within USA and Canada
