Job Summary


We are looking for an ERP Data Conversion Analyst to own the analysis of legacy data for preparation to load into the M3 CloudSuite environment. This role is responsible for communicating with stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure all requested data is delivered in a proper format, and all data issues are resolved prior to delivering to data migration team for loading. The position would ideally be located as a hybrid schedule at our corporate office in Atlanta.  


Job Responsibilities


  • Work with M&A Lead to document data acquisition and analysis plan per go live and on an ongoing basis
  • Work as a liaison between the business and IT to collect and transform data from legacy ERP system
  • Communicate with business or 3rd party to collect data for the customer, item, and supplier data domains
  • Communicate with business or 3rd party on proper format for Open Transactions such as AR, AP, Inventory, etc.
  • Review and map data from legacy systems to M3 templates
  • Work with business or 3rd party on remediating missing data or unblocking questions about mapping prior to passing on to business data stakeholders for review
  • Pre-populate and send templates to appropriate stakeholders based on dependent outputs from master data designations
  • Perform QC on data in templates and pass on to data migration team to load
  • Support data migration team on issues encountered when loading data files
  • Provide feedback for develop data processing jobs using traditional and distributed systems to replace manual processes


Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, business analytics, statistics, mathematics or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience migrating data from legacy ERP platforms to cloud-based ERP or performing data analysis for migration
  • Strong Excel skills (for data tracking, manipulation etc.)
  • Strong communication, planning, critical thinking, and organizing skills required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers
  • Ability to translate and explain technical requirements in business terms to ensure correct data delivery
  • Sound understanding of GDPR
  • Up to 25% Travel required
  • Evening and weekend work required during cut-over periods
