Job Summary
As the Marketing Automation Specialist at Oldcastle Infrastructure, you will have a pivotal role in establishing a strong email marketing presence and driving campaign engagement. Your responsibilities include leading email campaigns, managing contact databases, developing campaign flows, creating compelling content, and ensuring compliance with relevant regional laws. In addition to concentrating on the marketing automation platform, you will also contribute to website enhancements that align with campaign goals.
Essential Duties
Email and Web Marketing Campaign Management:
- Lead compliant email marketing, including nurture or drip campaigns, for contacts in the US and Canada.
- Manage contact databases, segment lists, and craft engaging content to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Provide support for website enhancements that complement email campaigns.
- Deliver insightful reports to facilitate ongoing improvements.
- Maintain the company's location listings for search engines.
Data-Driven Development:
- Analyze relevant data to optimize email and website performance.
- Implement A/B and multivariate testing to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to lead generation initiatives through digital marketing channels.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Utilize dashboards to generate reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and the health of the contact database.
Continuous Improvement:
- Assist the team in fostering a results-oriented mindset suitable for a digital-first environment.
- Research, comprehend, and implement relevant best practices and regional email laws.
- Contribute to other marketing initiatives as necessary.
Education/Experience
- Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Possess 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), or similar platforms for marketing automation and lead generation.
Knowledge/Skills
- Proficient in email marketing best practices, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing.
- Competent in Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite, or similar platforms.
- Excel in project management, detail orientation, and communication, with a focus on crafting engaging email content.
