Job Summary


In this role, you will drive sales/marketing initiatives to ensure top line new sales growth among the national builder customer base, particularly to land acquisition and development departments. This position will report directly to the Director of Commercial Hardscape Sales. Successful candidates must have the ability to build peer relationships within the company, mentor sales representatives, implement marketing programs and creatively assist senior management to drive new home construction business.


  • Drive relationships with National new home construction builders and their Land Development Team
  • Create programs to drive sales and market share
  • Ability to interact effectively with contractors, architects, civil engineers and municipal contacts
  • Develop sales plans and forecasts to achieve region objectives in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Partner with corporate Marketing Manager to implement/execute marketing programs
  • Analyze customer base and provide strategy to grow business according to market conditions
  • Participate and represent the company at tradeshows
  • Monitor and report on market trends
  • Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned

  • Skill and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and SFDC




  • 5 plus years of experience in a National Homebuilder or large land development firm with emphasis on residential and multifamily development
  • Ability to travel 40% nationwide (travel restrictions apply during Covid-19)
  • Understanding of land acquisition, entitlement and development process from an owner’s perspective
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in the wholesale building material industry a plus
