Job Summary

 

Leviat is searching for a results-oriented National Sales Manager to drive sales activity with Precast / Prestressed manufacturers. Reporting to the North America Commercial VP, in this critical role you will expand sales volume and profitability through strategic sales management of a strong team of District Sales Managers. In this fast-paced, growing organization, those that are highly motivated and driven, will have the opportunity to succeed and advance.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Lead sales and drive revenue for the business
  • Serve as a coach to the sales team – establish a winning and collaborative culture
  • You will measure and report on KPIs for your team
  • You will use technology to implement processes & tools to inform sales decisions and create revenue opportunities, while ensuring our customer demands are met or exceeded
  • Optimize the time and efficiency of the team 
  • Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs
  • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
  • This position typically has 8-10 direct reports covering multiple states. Coaching and developing talent is critical to success in this role
  • This role ensures all projects, initiatives, and processes are in alignment with Leviat strategic objectives
  • You will be accountable to achieving the annual revenue targets outlined for your area

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • 10+ years in sales/account management in building materials, construction, industrials or related
  • Demonstrated successful history of building and managing top performing sales teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%
