Job Summary

 

The CRH Americas Solutions - Organizational Change Management Lead is responsible for developing and executing change management plans that enable maximum adoption for Solutions selling across the Americas. The OCM lead ensures employees are informed, prepared, and supported through organizational change(s) to include communications, workshops and or training, and measurement of adoption for sustained outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of management principles, strong communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Support organizational change management work streams for enterprise level programs through the application of a structured change management methodology.

  • Develop and implement a communication plan that addresses the information needs of each stakeholder group, ensuring clarity and transparency - Facilitate two-way communication channels to gather feedback, and address concerns

  • Assess training needs including new systems, processes, or roles that employees need to adapt to and collaborate with Solutions and other departments to design, develop, and deliver training programs to address these needs, ensuring that training methods are suited to the audience

  • Identify potential resistance to change within the organization and develop plans to address these challenges proactively

  • Conduct readiness assessments to gauge the organization's preparedness for the impending change and use the findings to adjust change management communication plans and training strategies

  • Assess the cultural implications of change and develop strategies that are inclusive and align to CRH’s culture and development objectives

  • Work closely with leaders and managers at all levels to ensure they are aligned with the change management strategy

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management and training initiatives

  • Develop plans to reinforce and sustain the changes over time, ensuring that new behaviors, processes, and systems are fully embedded in the organization's operations

  • Collaborate with program road maps and solutions across all business areas

  • Travel around 25%

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/related discipline or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years of change management experience in a manufacturing or related industry, including:

    • Major organizational change initiatives

    • Communications & engagement

    • Training design & implementation

    • Knowledgeable on change management frameworks, philosophy and processes

    • Experience leading Business Value, Design Thinking, or Human-Centered Change relevant workstreams

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred, not required

  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational influencing skills

  • Contagious positive attitude that inspires change

  • Ability to build strong relationships and align to a common vision

  • Relevant experience that builds confidence and credibility with stakeholders

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to varying audience levels

  • Resiliency and ability to deliver results under challenging circumstances
