Position Responsibilities

 

  • Decompose features into stories in alignment with the priorities for the Order to Cash functions including Pricing from the Program Implement Planning Roadmap in a SAFe Agile Environment
  • Partner with the Business, Technology and Business Solutions Manager to shape the strategy and roadmap within the Order to Cash and Pricing functions
  • Responsible for defining stories and prioritizing Team Backlog by business value or ROI to execute programs while maintaining integrity of the features
  • Responsible for defining and writing users stories, acceptance criteria (definition of done), acceptance testing and empowered to work with QA to accept stories as done
  • Manage the solution roadmap and backlog for one or more capabilities
  • Serves as the primary source for story detail and priorities during sprint planning meetings
  • Work within their team(s) to translate / interpret into stories, drafts user stories for and with the team
  • Ensures User Stories completed by the team meet the Stakeholder requirements
  • Accurately report on current project status on a sprint basis
  • Participate and contribute functional work as needed.  Deliver execution on user stories or  projects with applicable experience and capabilities in the Order to Cash functions including Pricing.
  • Assist and partner with the Scrum Master to help the team to execute the vision, roadmap, content and presentations (team meetings, stand up meetings, demos and retrospective at a minimum)
  • Assist the Business Solutions Manager to obtain customer needs in order to Identify, understand and communicate appropriately to application development teams to ensure successful implementation of new capabilities and features
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in Infor M3 application features and integrations, behavior and high-level architecture in order to apply best practices and guide the requirements gathering process

  

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or related field is preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in software Product Development in a Product or Technology role
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with Infor M3, preferably in the Order to Cash functions including Pricing
  • Strong communication, planning, critical thinking, and organizing skills required. Must be able to analyze data, solve problems, make decisions, remain open minded to alternative thinking and solutions and continuously improve.
  • Extensive experience in translating customer requirements into Agile user stories
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) required.
