Job Summary

Join our team as an M3 Product Owner, playing a pivotal role in defining and driving successful IT solutions. As part of our broader Scrum team, you'll collaborate closely with solution architects and scrum masters to ensure our IT solutions meet the desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Align features with priorities for Plan and Procure functions according to the SAFe Agile Program Planning Roadmap
• Define and prioritize the Team Backlog, considering business value and ROI, ensuring feature integrity
• Craft detailed user stories, set acceptance criteria, oversee acceptance testing, and collaborate with QA to confirm completion
• Oversee the solution roadmap and backlog for specific capabilities
• Provide detailed inputs during sprint planning meetings
• Guarantee that the team's User Stories align with Stakeholder expectations
• Contribute as needed, ensuring functional needs are met
• Become the go-to expert on Infor M3 application features
• Promote collaboration within and across teams, actively participating in Scrum Ceremonies
• Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement
• Own and support peripheral products such as workflows, and planning tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline
• 5+ years in software product development or business consulting
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor M3, ideally in procurement, planning, and manufacturing domains preferred
• Excellent communication, planning, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in analyzing data, problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated experience in converting customer needs into Agile user stories
• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong team and customer relationships
• Ability to travel up to 25%
