Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Digital Transformation to lead our enterprise-wide digital initiatives with a focus on SAP and Salesforce.com implementations. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving digital innovation, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless technology integration across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP (S/4HANA and related modules) alongside strong leadership, people management, stakeholder management, and change management skills. You must follow best practices, align with company goals, and utilize expert communication skills to lead others in a cross-functional team.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end SAP and Salesforce.com implementations, ensuring integration, scalability, and business alignment.
- Partner with key stakeholders across departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, IT) to drive process improvements and digital adoption.
- Oversee enterprise-wide system migrations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal business disruption.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks, best practices, and security protocols for digital platforms.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts with SAP, Salesforce.com, and third-party partners, ensuring optimal service delivery and ROI.
- Partner with OCM, ensuring user adoption, training, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in digital transformation, ERP, and CRM solutions.
- Remove roadblocks for the project team and find resolutions to issues and conflicts. As appropriate, escalate to the project sponsor or management.
- Provides the required level of status reporting to management and stakeholders. Meets regularly with the executive leadership to review project progress and receive directions.
- Proactively identifies and analyzes project risks. Formulates and executes mitigation and contingency plans. Works with other project managers to resolve inter-project conflicts or dependencies. Escalates when appropriate.
- Ensures project planning, execution, and reporting following established processes, standards, methodologies, and best practices within the organization. Host, attend, and support all required reviews.
- Works with the project team to produce and maintain all required project documentation. Completes all required documentation audits.
Job Requirements
- Deep expertise in SAP (S/4HANA, Fiori, etc.).
- Proven experience leading large-scale SAP implementations, migrations, and integrations.
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or enterprise technology leadership.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, API integrations, middleware solutions, and cloud platforms (Azure a plus).
- Experience managing multi-functional teams, budgets, and vendor relationships in a global enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud, CPQ, etc.) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in SAP, Salesforce.com, PMP, or TOGAF are a plus.
