Job Summary


The Accounts Receivable Process Lead will report directly to the AR Supervisor – Shared Services and will take a leadership role in standardizing processes and internal controls related to Accounts Receivable across the company. The Accounts Receivable Process Lead will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment with an experienced finance team and drive change. Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee certain day-to-day tasks related to accounts receivable transactions, processing incoming payments, systems training and supporting the AR Supervisor.


  • Manage accounts receivable on a global basis, establishing and maintaining consistency across sites, and providing for a “best-in-class” accounts receivable function
  • Lead internal controls initiative which will include designing and implementing internal controls (or improving existing controls), ensuring robust documentation around controls and processes, and overseeing the operating effectiveness of such
  • Routinely monitor transactional activity for accuracy and fraud/risk factors
  • Identify ways to mitigate fraud and identify opportunities for enhanced security
  • Take ownership of integrating new acquisitions into Oldcastle APG’s platforms and processes, including providing training, as needed
  • Establish quality monitoring activities and standards related to Accounts Receivable department which may include utilization of KPIs, training/retraining, and other activities. Perform monitoring activities proactively
  • Address urgent issues related to accounts receivable that occur
  • Prepare and/or review monthly account reconciliations related to accounts receivable
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed




  • Associate/Bachelor's Degree, in accounting preferred, with 5+ years’ overall experience
  • Knowledge of best practices around accounts receivable internal controls
  • Experience using Infor M3/Lawson, Esker
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint
