Job Summary

 

The Sr. Manager Digital Customer Experience will define and articulate Oldcastle APG digital experience vision and strategy, aligning with overall business objectives to deliver personalization at scale.

 

Job Location

 

This is an onsite job located in Atlanta, GA. 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Development and implementation of customer-centric digital roadmap, including website enhancements, mobile apps, and design tools.
  • Design standards and establish processes for operational maintenance of our portfolio of websites,
  • Set KPI targets to impact how we optimize our digital experiences and operationalize maintenance to improve page speed, search engine optimization (SEO), and conversion rates.
  • Monitor website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimize the customer journey.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing efforts, including website traffic, conversion rates, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop and implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize user experience and drive conversions.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, product development, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously research and stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Attend industry conferences and webinars to expand knowledge and network with other professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the digital experience and marketing campaigns optimally communicate the brand’s value proposition and resonate with the target audience across various channels. 
  • Manage a minimum of one direct report.

 

Job Requirements

 

 

  • Manages the brand health for the Oldcastle APG Portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams putting the customer at the center of our decisions. Understand what the customer wants and how to best deliver the experience.
  • Present strategy and brand vision to senior leadership as relevant to customer needs and market trends.
  • Oversee the design, execution and maintenance of brand guidelines, including logo usage, typography, color palettes, and imagery.
  • Continuously explores the industry’s best practices to maximize creativity and inspire others.
  • Manage the brand budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated ability in a mix of marketing, digital experience and data-driven product strategy roles (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, business, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), SEO/SEM principles and best practices and CRM systems like Salesforce CRM and Marketing Clouds (preferred).
  • Analytical problem solver building strong financial models and analyzing business cases (market sizing, new offerings, P&L impact) (preferred).
  • Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed environment with finesse (preferred).
  • Excellent communication with the ability to craft a vision and bring others along (preferred).
  • Problem-solving ability to develop actionable insights from complex data and organize people to creatively solve sophisticated business challenges (preferred).
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills to work efficiently without compromising quality. Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities (preferred).
  • Team-player mentality with an openness to receive and execute feedback, collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners (preferred).
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally (preferred).
