Position Overview
Reporting to the Controller
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
- Validate fuel purchases to the correct Inventory location
- Monitor and enter inventory usage allocations to equipment out of INV locations utilizing the various transaction systems for each location.
- Process daily and weekly vendor invoices.
- Work with EM management on tracking and inventory usage to be able to validate Inventory balances and make appropriate adjustments.
- Work with vendors on statements and timely payments for their services.
- Work with the field operations team to improve tracking and usage.
- Monitor equipment fuel usage for reasonableness and also fuel type and grade
- Special projects as assigned.
- Other routine office duties as needed or requested.

- Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.
- Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Environmental, Health & Safety Manual.
- Strict adherence to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Manual.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, outlook)
- Experience with fuel management systems and fuel vendor relationship management is highly preferred
- Excellent phone manners and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance job duties simultaneously.
- Good attendance and a positive attitude are a must.
- Dependable and timely
Work Requirements
Ability to communicate sufficiently to convey and exchange ideas, and to give and receive detailed verbal instructions.
Knowledge/Skill Requirements
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
· Basic Accounting knowledge is preferable, but not required.
· Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
