Job Description Summary

 

Leviat is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its North American team. As Leviat’s North American Marketing Coordinator, you will plan and execute a variety of industry trade shows, corporate events, and employee meetings to reinforce the Leviat brand, increase customer retention and loyalty, and strengthen employee engagement.  Our ideal candidate is a well-organized, self-sufficient, critical thinker who takes pride in delivering consistent, professional results and outstanding customer and employee experiences.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborating with the leadership team, strategic business units, MarCom team members and other Leviat personnel to lead, organize and implement customer visits/meetings, events and tours, conferences & tradeshows, and other external engagement programs, plus employee events and engagement programs.

  • Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets and negotiating contracts.

  • Promoting events as appropriate through marketing channels such as social media, emailers, and advertising campaigns.

  • Overseeing event logistics such as hotel reservations, exhibit hall service requisitions, equipment rentals, catering services, and social activities; ensuring that these all remain within corporate compliance requirements.

  • Management of Leviat’s tradeshow and event assets

  • Coordination of various social media accounts and other marketing tools to expand and reinforce Leviat’s global brand.

  • Coordination of Leviat’s continuing education events, as well as reporting attendee credits and certifications

  • Occasional copywriting, editing, and proofing of customer facing materials

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or similar work experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in event or trade show management desired

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including copy writing and editing

  • Strong organizational, budgeting, and project management skills including the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects

  • Creative and self-sufficient
