Summary:

The Business Analyst is responsible for managing activities and personnel to provide operational support for production, product performance, business development, and documentation control.

Essential Duties: 

• Directly responsible for managing the IQMS ERP system.

• Assists with ensuring AP, Order Entry, Invoicing, PO’s, Purchasing, and Document Control are performed properly in IQMS system.

• Manages Purchasing Coordinator and Customer Service including time and attendance and performance management.

• Assist in control of: Scheduling, Customer Relations/ Issues, Authorization. 

• Works with Engineering for IQMS control and labeling.

• Participates in the planning and scheduling of production as they relate to documentation.

• Manage a high volume of incoming work orders, invoicing, and AP in a timely and efficient manner.

• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 

• Ability to analyze customer inquiries and determine means of resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in related field or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge of steel design, processes and planning principles and procedures preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineers, production personnel and office staff.

• Previous experience managing IQMS or similar ERP system required.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
