Are you ready to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic work environment? We are looking for a front-line supervisor to oversee the daily completion of projects, focusing on Concrete Work.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Safety Leadership: Champion our safety culture and ensure a safe working environment.

  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to provide clear, timely instructions.

  • Supervision and Training: Guide, train, and coach your team to successfully complete daily tasks.

  • Plan Interpretation: Read and follow owner’s plans and specifications accurately.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure proper compaction, quality handwork, and overall aesthetics of the work.

  • Hands-On Support: Step in as an equipment operator or laborer when needed.

  • Adaptability: Communicate changes in job conditions to the Project Manager and Superintendent, and adjust plans as necessary.

  • Equipment Management: Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment, and report any mechanical or safety issues.

  • Site Maintenance: Keep the job site and equipment clean and orderly.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate time and material records for daily job costing.

  • Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned and be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud, however, PPE will be provided by our team to keep you safe. Please provide your own pair of safety-toed boots.
