Position Overview

This candidate will be required to work in a team environment with other co-workers, sales and management personnel.  They will be responsible for various duties for three companies.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Inventory reconciliation quarterly and annually.
  • Research inventory discrepancies.
  • Weekly fuel reconciliations.
  • Maintain all inventory site templates and listings.
  • Monthly reconciliation of inventory scale tickets to Viewpoint.
  • Meet information requirements, complete ad hoc projects and complete financial analyses.
  • Maintain job quotes for construction.
  • Set up job quotes in applicable systems.
  • Update monthly tax rates.
  • Daily progress units update for construction.
  • Asphalt adjustments for State and Fed maintenance jobs.
  • Invoicing for striping.
  • Update inbound and outbound pricing.
  • Maintain MS customer list pricing.
  • Scan and index all material inbound and outbound batches.
  • Track and reconcile CapEx jobs.
  • Operate in three different software programs including, Libra, Viewpoint and OnBase.
  • Maintain filing system.
  • Work with different departments to solve billing issues.
  • Adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley and GAAP rules
  • Other duties as directed.

  • Report to the assigned job site ready to begin work at the designated start time of 8:00am.
  • Adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Manual of Safety Practices and Procedures.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment & assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required. 
  • Timely and regular attendance is an expectation of performance for all Mountain employees. Employees will be held accountable for adhering to their workplace schedule.
  • Knowledge with Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Overtime may be required during peak season, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education and Experience

High school diploma required, Bachlor’s degree preferred; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Physical Requirements

 

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms.  The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
