Electromechanic - Metcalfe, ON

Permacon, a CRH Company, is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products.  Permacon is a division of Oldcastle APG and operates 9 plants in Ontario and Quebec. 

We are currently looking for an Electromechanic or Millwright, to fill a position at our Metcalfe plant, Southern Ottawa.

Regular schedule is Monday to Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm – Candidates must be available to work on dayshift as well according to our needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and maintain various electrical components.
• Maintain HMI in good working condition and keep HMI equipment up to date.
• Adjust and debug the following equipment: ALLEN BRADLEY and SIEMENS.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
• Installation of instrumentation and measure equipment.
• Maintaining technical drawing (an asset)
• Participate in the Plant department housekeeping.
• Perform all mechanical and electrical maintenance to production equipment and company’s mechanical and electrical system 
   

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in industrial electrical technology, electromechanics or millwright
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude, Great troubleshooting skill, Initiative; Responsible, Able to react, be precise.
• Teamwork oriented

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un électromécanicien pour combler un poste à notre usine de Metcalfe, dans le sud d'Ottawa.

 
L'horaire régulier est du lundi au vendredi, de 14h00 à 22h30 – Les candidats doivent être disponibles pour travailler également sur le quart de jour selon nos besoins.

 
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Installer et entretenir divers composants électriques.
DMaintenir l'IHM en bon état de fonctionnement et maintenir l'équipement IHM à jour.
Ajuster et déboguer les équipements suivants : ALLEN BRADLEY et SIEMENS.
Dépanner et réparer les équipements hydrauliques, pneumatiques et électriques
Installation d'équipements d'instrumentation et de mesure.
Maintenir le dessin technique (un atout)
Participer à l'entretien ménager du département de l'usine.
Effectuer tout l’entretien mécanique et électrique des équipements de production et du système mécanique et électrique de l’entreprise
 
QUALIFICATIONS ET EXIGENCES

Diplôme en électrotechnique industrielle ou en électromécanique
Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en maintenance et dépannage d'équipements industriels.
Aptitude en mécanique, Grande capacité de dépannage, Initiative ; Responsable, Capable de réagir, être précis.
Orienté travail d'équipe
