Job Summary


The Regional Operations Manager will oversee the Mundelein, IL; Forest View, IL; Shakopee, MN; West Des Moines, IA facilities.   S/he is responsible for strategic planning and daily operations related to employee safety, product quality, production efficiency, preventative maintenance, capital improvement and regulatory compliance. 


  • Collaborate and support each leadership team at various locations on creating meaningful change on workforce development and continuous improvement at all levels.  S/he will provide guidance and services to maintain and improve plant efficiencies.
  • Develops strategies and deploys tactics to attain short and long-term financial and mission critical operation goals.
  • Review, analyze and implement manufacturing best practices, through study of industry and sister companies.
  • Breaking down annual/monthly goals into meaningful plant metrics communicating these goals and results to direct reports.


Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering or related field and 5+ years’ experience in Operations Management or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience developing and leading multi-site operations
  • Working knowledge in maintenance and process equipment.
  • Ability to travel between facilities
