Location: Oakville, Ontario
Term: Contract – Summer Student
Job Responsibilities:
- Updating and monitoring all required vendor compliance documentation
- Streamline anticipated vendor expirations by requesting updated compliance documents prior to their expiry dates
- Assist Contract Coordinators with requesting and updating subcontractor compliance documents
- Assist Contracts team with other administrative duties as required
- Making independent decisions on customary matters related to duties associated with the Contracts department and enjoy taking ownership
- Have a solid background in providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment
Requirements:
- University/College degree in 2nd year or 3rd year Business / Administration or related field required/preferred.
- Experience with Viewpoint or comparable ERP is considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Positive attitude, reliable and punctual
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, organizational and time management skills
- Strong / intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to learn Viewpoint ERP system
