Position Overview

Oversee contract and compliance-related functions for the Region. The selected candidate will be required to work in a team environment and manage an indirect team of Administrators.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract and Compliance Manager reports to and works under the direction of a Region Procurement and Equipment Director
  • Review contractual documents and collaborate with legal team to ensure contracts adhere to requirements and company policies
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive contract framework and repository, ensuring proper documentation, version control and accessibility
  • Ensure timely insurance compliance with vendors, customers, hired haulers and subcontractors
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual terms and reporting obligations
  • Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and make adjustments as necessary
  • Interpret Master Service Agreement contracts and document changes as appropriate
  • Monitor and track contract deliverables, milestones and key dates to ensure compliance and timely execution
  • Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or trends and take appropriate corrective actions
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Work Requirements

  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

  • Must be physically located within the region geography and will need to work out of one of our Operating Company Offices

 

 

Education/Experience 

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law or related field is an advantage
  • Three (3) years of legal or contracts experience
  • Requires proficient use of office equipment, Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the ability to work with various software programs that support business functions.
