POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a full time, annual position.  Works with strategic buyer and management to support purchasing needs/functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generates orders within purchasing system and place orders with external vendors
• Works with existing suppliers to investigate order issues and resolve discrepancies
• Train and assist field employees in order process
• Daily Administrative and Office Duties
• Other duties as assigned

 QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be customer service focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to be flexible with scheduling

Education/Experience

• Experience in procurement is preferred
• Experience in asphalt construction operations is a plus

Work Environment

• This position will require working in an office environment.
