Responsible for the day to day operations of the plant personnel and the associated equipment fleet. Must comply with all state and federal regulations.



  • Comply with all MSHA and company safety regulations
  • Meet and help establish plant production goals and schedule
  • Maintain equipment up to company standards
  • Handle disciplinary issues at the plant
  • Help plan and execute any capital projects at the plant


Additional Responsibilities

  • Reliable and dependable attendance
  • Works is accomplished with limited direction. 
  • Determines and develops approach to solutions. 
  • Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met.
  • Provides resolution to an assortment of problems that are typically well defined, but some clarification or judgment is required to determine action, as additional information about the problem / task is discovered.  Uses judgment within defined practices / procedures to determine appropriate action.  Problem/Task resolution timeframe: Inclusive of shorter timeframes, but the majority of tasks take up to several weeks to resolve.





  • Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills
  • Excel, Word, email, MSHA regulations, EPA regulations



  • High School Diploma        - required
  • Bachelor Degree               - preferred



  • 5 years experience in a plant setting or combination of education and experience
