• Oversee daily quarry or plant activities to ensure efficient, cost‑effective production.
• Coordinate and support operation of crushing equipment and related plant systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, plant areas, and work zones to identify safety or mechanical issues.

• Support and direct crew members in daily assignments and resource allocation.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and assist with performance evaluations.
• Participate in employee training and skill development.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company safety regulations.
• Identify, report, and help resolve safety and environmental concerns.
• Promote a strong, proactive safety culture across the team.

• Coordinate and assist with maintenance and repair of fixed and mobile equipment to minimize downtime.
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate documentation for production, maintenance, and safety activities.

• 2–5 years of experience in mining, quarry, or aggregate operations.
• Working knowledge of aggregate plant equipment, including crushers and heavy mobile machinery.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate work in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with welding, cutting, or fabrication (not required).

• Outdoor and indoor work year‑round, including exposure to dust, noise, and weather conditions.
• Requires standing, walking, and operating equipment for extended periods.
