Position Summary

Reports directly to Sales Manager for Oldcastle Infrastructure Building Systems: Sales and Project Management for small scale precast concrete components centralized within the Single Family, Commercial, and public markets; develop new, and maintain existing relationships in various Northeast territories; develop short and long-term sales strategies to increase volume and profit margins.  

Job Duties


  • Drive business for our product line to new and existing clients (Architects, General Contractors)
  • Responsible for implementing the teams strategic plan to increase activity in new markets. 
  • Conduct project management functions of sold projects.
  • Estimate projects and prepare proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and establish price points to bid projects.
  • Analyze trends associated within the construction market to increase sales
  • Self- driven and disciplined, and work independently to accomplish goals.
  • Must work with multiple internal departments
  • Other duties as assigned



  • 5+ years of experience doing sales/account management or project management in the construction/industrial space
  • Associates degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience within the Technical arena
  • Understands how to read and decipher contract drawings and project specifications
  • Understanding building construction and/or materials related to commercial/residential/civil industry
  • Proficient in OSTO takeoff software for estimating is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (word, excel, outlook)
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
