Position

In this role you’ll assist in job site coordination to ensure safe and successful delivery of our products, and maintain high quality communications between existing customer base, future customers, Dispatch, Sales, and Quality Control. If you have strong leadership skills, the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external customers alike, and perpetuate the highest level of customer centricity, this is the career for you. The FSR must also be able to manage challenging and/or sensitive customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, and contribute to building a positive team spirit.

 

Wage: $23-$28 /hr. DOE w/ potential for overtime

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

  • Maintain a high level of customer service and conflict management in all levels of communication with dispatch, truck drivers, customers, and members of our team.
  • Routinely visit jobsites to assist field personnel and assure that safe practices are always being adhered to.
  • Ensure all lines of business have the tools necessary to safely perform tasks.
  • Ensure risk assessment and/or jobsite evaluation is performed.
  • Assist when needed to direct trucks in/out of jobsites to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of products.
  • Support operational personnel and sales while taking initiative to build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Assist sales in analyzing new and existing accounts and prioritizing efforts on those accounts with the long-term standards.
  • Support Safety and Environmental with site audits & assist personnel with any corrective actions needed.
  • Support Safety and Manager(s) in the Zero Harm onboarding process.
  • Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions.
  • Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned to meet business needs.

 

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service with special attention to conflict resolution and maintaining relationships.
  • Safety-minded professional who demonstrates good performance, and attendance.
  • Demonstrates the willingness to learn and work a variety of job tasks.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Windows based software, PC, & Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition/subtraction/multiplication.
  • Must pass pre-employment physical screening and controlled substance testing.
  • Must possess and maintain a current, valid Driver’s License
  • Must have current US Authorization to work or ability to obtain without company assistance prior to start date.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of concrete specifications and industry best practices.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

  • Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions and vibration. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Our team will provide the necessary PPE to keep you safe while you work. However, you must provide your own pair of steel-toed or composite-toed boots.
