Cora Industries, a CRH Company, is excited to be hiring for our 1st shift RTI (Ready-to-Install) Department! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with a team to produce high quality glass for shower doors!


This position involves the operation of a machine that is used to temper and fabricate the ready-to-install glass material. It is entry level with room to grow!


Position works Monday – Friday, during the day time hours, usually finishing up around 4pm. 


Overtime or Saturday shifts may be assigned on occasion, depending on production needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lift and arrange glass on/off conveyor
  • Read and process work orders by due dates provided
  • Work with a partner to properly and safely load and unload glass from machine
  • Use a computer system to input the proper operation for the glass tempering and enter production system
  • Complete daily worksheets
  • Inspect all glass for defects such as chips, bubbles, scratches, blown holes, proper edgework, etc.
  • Ensure the machines and tools are in good working order, perform daily cleaning and light maintenance on machinery/tools



  • Must have basic computer knowledge in order to review work orders, enter data, and print documents
  • Must be able to read and perform calculations and measurements with numbers, fractions and decimals
  • Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, bend, twist, walk, push, pull, and reach frequently
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Must have close visual acuity to perform duties and responsibilities
  • Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Must be able to work in a noisy environment
